Eyrika Pak, LPC, is the founder of Sacred Ground Retreats, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Psychedelic Practitioner. With a background in pediatric nursing and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she brings together medical knowledge, clinical expertise, and a deeply compassionate approach to healing.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, Eyrika believes meaningful change begins with trust and feeling truly understood. She takes time to learn each guest’s story, guiding them personally through preparation, their retreat experience, and ongoing integration to help turn meaningful insights into lasting changes in everyday life.

Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Having experienced her own profound healing through psilocybin, she understands both its potential and the importance of thoughtful therapeutic support.
