Darnette Hoag is the Chief Operating Officer of Sacred Ground Retreats, a Marine Corps veteran, trauma-informed coach, and certified facilitator. With a background in leadership and communications, she brings a unique combination of discipline, compassion, and heartfelt service to every retreat.

Working closely with our clinical team, Darnette thoughtfully tends to the details that create a welcoming, supportive environment where guests can focus on their personal journeys. Her calm, grounded presence and genuine care help foster trust, connection, and a sense of belonging.
